I just thought why if you put a ! and a ? together it makes you look like..
"What's going on?!" It just makes you look surprised or alarmed.
But if you just add this ? or an ! alone it looks normal. Like excited or confused.
Like "Whaaaat???" and "WHAAT!!". Total difference, Cosmicians, total difference.
